Full Waterproofing of Water Tanks and Rust Prevention
This project had two different purposes, the first was to stop the deterioration of the steel structure of the tank and the second was to waterproof the interior and stop any water leaks.  Rust Prevention
The Liquid Rubber product stops rust dead in its tracks, preventing further rust from occurring by fully encapsulating the steel and preventing any further contact with both water and air. Undercoat
This advanced formula of the rubberised undercoat fills the cracks in the concrete to prevent further concrete cancer and leaking, it also acts a bond breaker for the membrane coating. 
As you can see the liquid rubber product encapsulates the concrete, filling every crack and void and seals the concrete perfectly. Preparation
Preparation includes a polyester matting being placed over the construction joints and wall / floor junctions, the liquid rubber penetrates this matting enabling the membrane stand up an enormous amount of structural movement.  
The top coating of liquid rubber is spray applied this uniquely formulated coating is water potable making it the perfect choice for this project. This coating creates an excellent secure finish, locking these layers of membrane together for the ultimate result.  
Because liquid rubber is spray applied it encapsulates itself to exact shape of the structure ensuring any leakages from occurring. <<Back |
